Prime completes small fixture and accessory updates that do not require a permit or licensed-trade work. Anything outside that boundary is referred out.

Before Prime accepts the work
- The complete project remains under $1,000 for labor and materials.
- The work does not require a permit.
- The work does not require an Arizona licensed trade.
- The scope is not part of a larger project split into smaller jobs.
- Site conditions and manufacturer instructions allow safe completion.
